Our Yoga classes are heated to 35–37°C, with the system naturally capping at 37°C. As the temperature gently shifts, your own internal heat and movement help sustain the warmth, creating a shared, energized environment.
We use a combination of forced-air heat and soft steam humidity to keep the room comfortably warm and breathable—more of a moist, balanced heat rather than the harsh dryness of infrared. This helps you ease into sweating, warm your muscles safely, and move with greater comfort.
The intention behind this approach is inspired by the traditional hot-yoga environment that originated in Calcutta, India—where high heat and steady humidity help practitioners sweat efficiently, support detoxification, and keep muscles relaxed enough to stretch without strain. Our setup mirrors the feel of that environment in a gentler, more accessible way, giving you all the benefits of warm, humid practice while maintaining comfort and safety.
FITNESS & Pilates Classes are non-heated with the comfort of a cool breeze with our diverse heating and cooling system when needed.
