BEST OF BOTH WORLDS

YOGA Classes are heated at 35-37 degrees. Our heating system caps at 37 degrees and starts to go down so YOU maintain the heat in the room through your own internal heat. STAY TUNED for our NEW Summer Concept in 2019. 

FITNESS Classes are non-heated with the comfort of a cool breeze with our diverse heating and cooling system when needed.

MOVI WARMTH 

A STANDING SERIES.

Create stability and strength through stillness. All poses are held here for 5-6 breaths to dive deep into the exploration of stagnant strength. Root down to build up. 

Good for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced yogis.

*Great for those yogis who wanna sweat, but may have some issues with warmth, and/or high or low blood pressure.

MOVI WARM YIN

CHILL OUT.

Yin Yoga primarily targets the connective tissues of the body while also stretching and lengthening the muscles. Soft, slow and relaxing. Find better mobility in your everday life and rid yourself of reoccuring pain. Chill n' be still.

 

Good for  Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Yogis.

MOVI MEDITATIVE YIN

CHILL + BE STILL

Dive deep into opening up tight muscles and gently working with the connective tissues. This practice incorporates the principles of YIN yoga, but adds in a 10-15 minute guided meditation. Learn to not only open the body, but soften and quiet the mind through meditation. Soft, slow and relaxing.

 

Good for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Yogis. 

MOVI WARM FLOW

GO WITH THE FLOW.

A Vinyasa flow practice. Pair breath and movement and explore the exhiliarating yet calming feeling of flowing through strengthening yoga postures while maintaining the integrity of the breath.

 

Good for Beginner yogis, but one of our more challenging practices.

Wonderfully welcoming for Intermediate and Advanced Yogis.

DEEP CORE FLOW (WARM)

GO DEEP.

This flow is all about core power. Build strength alongside breath and get sweaty. This class will challenge you till' the end, but leave you feeling empowered and energized. 

 

Good for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Yogis.  

MOVI WARM FLOW N' SLOW

THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS.

Flow first. Stretch second. Start with a challenging Vinyasa flow and end the class with some stretchin' in stillness with juicy Yin postures. A great way to find some balance.

Good for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Yogis. 

MOVI UNFOLDING FLOW

UNFOLD YOUR PRACTICE.

This is a tough one. An advanced power flow designed with unique and challenging transitions along with the exploration of advanced yoga postures. Get ready to push the boundaries and unfold just how strong you really are. 

Includes inversions and hand balances (if you're feelin' it)

GOOD FOR INTERMEDIATE + ADVANCED YOGIS - A recommended 25-30 Flow Classes under your belt yogis!

MOVI DEEP RESET + RELEASE

UNWIND.

A specialized class designed to destress, decompress and get you feelin' like you're floating on a cloud. A combination of Yin Yoga, Ayurvedic Traditions, Tune Up Fasical Release Props, Oils and a whole lot of self care.

MOVI SOOTHING STRENGTH 

SWEAT N' SOOTHE.

This one has it all. Start with a Deep Core Flow practice to tap into your power. Transition into a deep active stretch to ease the muscles and finish it all off with oils, breath work and an ASSISTED Savasana to soothe.

Use our Barre's to sculpt, strengthen and tone the body in new and exciting ways. Create long, lean muscles by pairing unique and ever changing choreography with some rad music.

STRENGTH THROUGH RESISTANCE.

Lower body burn. RESIST+ REDIRECT builds stability and strength through the lower body using resistance bands in unique ways.

Work the booty, quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thighs. 

Strong movements on the mat and standing.

MOVI SCULPT

Abdominals + Back + Arm Strength.

Sculpt explores the stability gained through midsection strength. Explore deep abdominal work paired with shoulder strength and mobility exercises all while maintaining breath and ease. Small cardio interval integrated into the class to raise the heart rate and get blood flowin'.

KETTLEBELLS WITH A KICK.

Supporting growth in mobility and strength without pushing past any students edge. Learn proper form and technique to keep things safe AND strong. Work a WIDE variety of major muscle groups.
