Pilates Practice at the Studio

Pilates helps you connect with your body and provides a form of exercise that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Whether you are interested in contemporary or classical Pilates, we offer a range of classes for all levels.

What is classical pilates?

Classical Mat Pilates is a comprehensive and systematic exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Rooted in the principles of control, concentration, precision, centering, breath, and flow, this form of exercise aims to strengthen the body's core muscles while promoting flexibility and overall physical well-being.

"To paraphrase an often-shared quote from founder Joseph Pilates, this workout has the potential to help you feel better in 10 sessions, look better in 20 sessions, and yield a completely new body in 30 sessions. But it won’t only help to get (or keep) you in shape; it also offers benefits for your posture, flexibility, and mental health.

What is contemporary pilates?

Contemporary Pilates refers to a modernized approach to the traditional Pilates method, incorporating new principles and techniques while staying true to the core principles developed by Joseph Pilates.

Our high-energy session combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility drills to provide a full-body workout. Expect a mix of heart-pounding intervals and muscle-sculpting moves that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.
