WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THE PILATES SYSTEM

Pilates is known for its "low impact mode" and hence accessible to anyone regardless of your age/fitness level. Classical Pilates approach is used in clinical settings to help clients regain functional movement patterns, prevent future injuries, and achieve long-term physical well-being. Pilates is also  popular among dancers and professional athletes. Pilates method is proven to improve balance control and hence a popular method of choice across all age groups. 

YOUR TEACHERS:

All our teachers are trained under Authentic Pilates Canada, ensuring the highest standard of Classical Pilates instruction.

Our mat instructors have completed over 150 hours of intensive apprenticeship under a senior, third-generation Classical Pilates teacher.

Private sessions are led by Simi, a certified Mat Teacher and a Comprehensive Apprentice with over 400 apprenticeship hours under Authentic Pilates Canada. With this depth of training, you’ll receive  guidance tailored to your needs, helping you build strength, precision, and confidence in every session.

REFORMER SESSIONS

The most popular Pilates apparatus. Our reformer sessions are designed based on the Joe Pilates method. We meet your where you are in your Pilates journey, regardless of age and fitness level.

If you have been to on our classical Pilates style group sessions, you know the emphasis we give on form and keeping the class size small. Our teachers are also trained to give personalized adjustments, hands on assistance and tailor the session to meet each person’s level in the room. Our private sessions offer a pathway to advance more and to meet your personal goal faster.

What we offer?

You can choose between a 50-minute session or a 30-minute session. Our 50-minute session allows us to follow the full classical Pilates system and use a range of apparatuses tailored to your personal needs.

 

Each 50-minute session includes exercises on the reformer, mat, and tower, all customized to address your individual requirements.
