All our teachers are trained under Authentic Pilates Canada, ensuring the highest standard of Classical Pilates instruction. Our mat instructors have completed over 150 hours of intensive apprenticeship under a senior, third-generation Classical Pilates teacher. Private sessions are led by Simi, a comprehensively trained 4th generation teacher with over 700+ apprenticeship hours under Authentic Pilates Canada.  With this depth of training, you’ll receive  guidance tailored to your needs, helping you build strength, precision, and confidence in every session.
